Who Designed the Insanity Workout?
The Insanity workout is a sixty-day intensive workout program designed to give awesome results for those who use it. A man called Shaun T, who is an American fitness trainer who used to be heavily involved with track and field athletes helping to get them to peak fitness designed it. In addition, he is also in excellent shape himself because he has developed his own techniques and tried using them himself.
Shaun T is also a choreographer and used to be involved with dance when he was growing up, as well as American football and baseball and he has always kept himself in good shape. As well as developing the insanity workout Shaun T has also developed a workout program called hip-hop abs designed to give people a very toned and conditioned body without having to do nothing bit crunches every day.
He has always lived in America, now living in New York City and trains some of the top athletes and sportspeoplein America.
